I have absolutely no social life this summer. All I did was stay at home. It's mostly my fault too that I didn't even start on my summer reading. I am seriously screwed. Maybe by some miracle will I finish. Well, the mission trip was a lot of fun. I didn't want it to end, because that meant school would start soon. On the first day, we acted like we were homeless and begged people for money to buy dinner. Taeg, Pastor Frank, Joe, and Jenny were supposed to be the homeless. Taeg and Pastor Frank took it to the extreme. They wore really loose, baggy clothes, rolled in dirt, and drenched themselves in beer. Then Taeg "accidentally" swallowed some beer xP I felt really REALLY bad for them. Laura and I managed to bank 15.74 dollars. This nice asian man gave us 5 DOLLARS! I mean, if strangers walked up to you and asked you for money, would YOU give them 5 dollars? I DIDN'T THINK SO! I was overwhelmed with gratitude. After that, we happily slept outside. :D It was quite comfortable actually. Josh and Eric moved to the octagon or hexagon near the bushes. Since there was no wind resistance they froze and got alot of bug bites. HAHAHA. Pastor Frank snores...REALLY LOUDLY, so Beatrice and Jenny moved to sleep in the parking lot, and Janice, Sue, Lin, and I slept.......a little. hahaha Then on Tuesday, we headed to Home Depot to feed the illegal mexican immigrants. It was really cool. We ate hotdogs rolled in bread. There were no hotdog buns. It was really good, though. Many of them ate the hotdogs with salsa. Cool. Haha. Then we went to this place, I forget the name, and served food for addicts at a rehab center. It was cool peeling carrots with a weird peeler, cutting onions, and potatoes. The boys met this cool dude, and they all went crazy. I think they fell in love that day. There was this really cute but fat Lab there too. He was an old dog. Around 15 years old. There was also this one door that said Dick House. HAHAHAHAHAHA. xD Then on Wednesday we went to this place called Glide in San Francisco and helped serve food to homeless people. While we were driving there, I was smooshed between Joe and Lin in the front seat, and the belt buckle was like driving up my butt. For like 40 minutes I sat like that. IT was horrible. We had to wear these awesome hairnets. Oh my gosh, we looked like dorks. Eric looked like Elvis, and most of the boys also wore hairnets over their faces. O__o..Me, Janice, Loice, and Eunice went to the back room to serve about 20 homeless people. We got an easier job. There was this woman in a wheelchair with a husband that was going blind, and it just tore my heart in two. It was really really sad. There was also this man who had a 1 year old daughter. She was the cutest!!!!!! There was also a man who had a pregnant wife sleeping under the bridge. It was really sad. There were alot of mentally ill people there too, and that also made me really sad. The boys in the main hall were so excited at first, screaming YEAYUH, and JOSH JOSH OHH! But after a while, they got really tired. So did we. My heels were burning. Eunice and I were reading the back of a milk carton and trying to solve the problems, and the thing was REALLY HARD. My gosh, and this was going to children?! sheesh. There were alot of verbal/yelling fights in the main hall amongst the workers and the homeless. It was depressing to see. After that, we ate these FRIGGIN' delicious hamburgers...It was toasted buns, beef, onion rings, cheese, and bacon with barbeque sauce. It was so good, my brain exploded. I hope we could make those again in the future. Then we went back to church and chilled. Then Me, Jenny, and Beatrice talked. It was really funny. hehehe. Then on Thursday we went to Sacred Heart, where Stephanie goes, and I met her MAN. Matt. He's pretty cool, and reminds me of a mix of celebrities. HAHAHA. We were assigned orange and apple bagging. We started racing, and screaming, and gosh was it funny. We then went to pack bags...it was FREAKING INSANE. there were 30 people or so in one room trying to pack backpacks for needy children. Pencils and pens were flying everywhere! Somehow, in the last hour, we only had done about 300 backpacks and by some miracle in the last 30 minutes managed to pack 675 backpacks. O_O...that was crazy. I was soooo tired. As we drove back, I passed out on Laura. HAHAHA. She also took this freaking WEIRD picture of me with my front hair tied up. Someday I will post it here. haha After that, we came home and ate some delicious spaghetti, garlic bread, and salad. There were these REALLY good sandwiched made out of eggs...YUM... During prayer, Jason let out the NASTIEST FART EVER. He was outside and we heard it inside! IT WAS SO LOUD. I heard Mike laugh like crazy, Then Andre, and then me. Oh man..I'll never forget it. NEVAH. Playing slapjack is heccccka fun with Eric, Taeg, and Daniel. Oh man.. If only they actually went through with the punishments. Anyway, looking forward to Quyen's tomorrow, but dreading school. I also don't know what to get Quyen. That poop. You're old now too. I love you, you fatty. :D Im so uncreative when it comes to birthday presents, and I always want to go over the top with Quyen's presents but never can. :D wheeeeee~ still havent found my flute, and I'm convinced it's lost forever. -sigh- Oh yea, I also saw Andrew Lee half naked. Man, what a hottie HAHAHAHAHA. Beatrice, Me, and Jenny like screamed at first. Then i walked in on Josh and Andrew in the boys bathroom, which smells so bad i almost puked. I think they were just cleaning, but it looked alot like they were peeing. Then we washed eachother's feet but I refused to get my feet washed and I was ridiculed. :( I hate feet, leave me alone! I also saw alot of bare male backs, and that made me happy. :) Male backs are pretty. Anyway, I'm gonna go eat now. Byee.
